Jeanne Ooi is the Founder and Chief Reignmaker at Jora Reignmakers (Jora is pronounced as ‘Yora’). Jora Reignmakers is a coaching and training company focusing on coaching and training services in career, business and leadership. Jeanne is listed on the Worldwide Who’s Who of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs, a Certified Trainer, Coach and Speaker under global top thought leaders, as well as a certified trainer with the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) (EMP/1615) in Malaysia.
She has more than 20 years of work experience in the large multinational companies (MNCs) as well as small and medium enterprises (SMEs). She has worked with leaders and executives in the areas of business development and general management, and the latter half of her career in human resources, namely in roles of business human resources, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and coaching.
Through her multiple working roles across multiple industries, Jeanne has extensive exposure consulting and training across Asian countries and cultures. She has an innate ability to connect with people at all levels and engage them in deeper conversations that leads to higher levels of effectiveness and success.
As a Certified Business Coach with ActionCOACH, Jeanne has a passion to work with business owners to literally multiply profits in any business through tried and tested business strategies, tools and systems. She believes that having a Business Coach is not a luxury, but rather a necessity every business must have. Jeanne believes that the statistics that 80% of businesses fail within the first five years of inception can be improved if there is a coach for each of these businesses.
As a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC) Executive Coach, she practices Executive or Leadership Coaching with a proven process that provides guaranteed and measurable leadership growth. Leadership coaching is a process that will bring a leader from a position of ‘good to great’. The process is a 12-month coaching process where the leader determines 1-2 areas to work on based on 360 degree assessments. Over the next 11 months, the leader will involve his/her stakeholders to provide feedback and feed-forward to help the leader progress in refining and up-leveling their leadership behavioral changes.
As a Facilitator and Trainer in the area of Leadership and Management, Jeanne is known as the ‘Trainer of Leaders’ and the practitioner who understands the heart of business.
Because “everything rises and falls on leadership”, Jeanne is passionate about influencing everyone to be leaders and to role model leadership to impact positive change.
Born and raised in Malaysia, Jeanne has been living and working in Asia since the mid-nineties. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Studies (with an emphasis in Asia) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Having studied in the US and worked in multiple US multinational organizations over the last two decades, she is effective in working cross culturally in both the Western and Asian geographies.
